Starting its operation as a minimarket back in 2014, EGS has grown to full scale supermarket that can merchandisewide variety of products in Gambela town. By now it is serving the residents of Gambella town and its vicinity with two branches. EGS has also diversified customers who range from individual buyers to organizational buyers. In this regard, EGS has become the main suppliers for almost all NGOs inGambella Field Office such asUNHCR, World Food Program, IRC (International Rescue Committee), NRC (Norwegian Refuge Care), DRC (Danish Church Care), IMC International Medical Corps), Plan International Ethiopia, Oxfam GB, Action Against Hunger Zoa, and Government organizations including Gambella University, Gambella Health and Teachers Education College, Gambella Regional State Council, Gamblella Referral Hospital just to mention few of them. We thrive impressively as we foster our collaboration withour dependable suppliersnamely: Ontex Global Hygienic and Disposable PLC, Tracon Trading, East Africa Trading House, BLB family Import, DachiManufacturing PLC, AbyssinaManufacturing PLC, Violet Trading and Manufacturing Industry as well as ABAYS Trading PLCamongothers. Apart from our suppliers and customers role for our continued growth, the concerted effort of our committed employees and agile leadership worth mentioningfor our enduring prosperity. Distribution Network: Currently we are acquiring and distributing our products using our suppliers' and customers' outlet system respectively. We also have already built strong bond with the local transport agents at times special orders are made.

Therefore, we have an IT supported customer relation management systems that help us consider customers feedback and request to make evidence-based decisions regarding every aspect of our operation. This implies that our organization has a culture that sees its customers as a partner that have decisive role for the survival and continuation of our business.
Diversified Products: Since our customers are diverse in various aspects, our products are diverse too in terms of kind, price and selection. Specifically, we have wide selection of goods of the same family and different category. This days, online shopping is becoming a norm and we are also partaking in this system in choosing and putting an order in many occasions.
